SUP Yoga Schedule

This is a beginner friendly class designed to allow students of all levels to be challenged while enjoying a relaxing time on the water. This class starts with a lesson on land to warm up the body and teach you paddle technique. Then, we paddle to a calm area on the water and anchor the boards before moving through yoga asana followed by a blissful water savasana.

Dress in athletic wear, clothing that can get wet such as synthetic fabrics.  Feel free to wear swimwear especially while the weather is warm. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses & water!
